Food Hall Proposal

Adaptive Market Concept

This proposal reimagines the food hall as a hybrid environment combining market, dining, and social space. The layout is structured around a clear circulation network that organizes vendor zones, communal seating, and transitional areas.

Program elements are arranged to create a rhythm between activity and pause, encouraging both movement and gathering. The design draws from traditional marketplaces while translating their spatial qualities into a contemporary setting.

Timber structures, natural finishes, and layered lighting establish a warm and cohesive atmosphere, while maintaining flexibility for changing vendors and uses.

The result is a dynamic, adaptable environment where architecture supports both experience and operation.
