North Shore Farms
Mamaroneck, NY
This iteration refines the food market concept into a more structured and scalable system. The design introduces a clear hierarchy of zones and circulation paths, allowing the space to operate efficiently while maintaining a strong architectural identity.
Timber frameworks and suspended ceiling elements define key program areas, acting as visual anchors and wayfinding devices. The layout supports both direct movement and exploratory browsing, with carefully maintained sightlines across the store.
Material choices—wood, concrete, and exposed systems—balance warmth with durability, while integrated lighting reinforces spatial organization.
The project establishes a repeatable design language for the brand, aligning operational clarity with a consistent customer experience.
