Savvas Sarafidis,

Founding Principal
As a Registered Architect with an international presence, Savvas is a nimble and highly adaptive individual maximizing available resources no matter how small or large they are. His background has made him a decision-maker driven by data analysis and experience.
His expertise is in residential and commercial design, construction administration and management, design analysis and development, construction documentation, material specification, and on-site construction supervision. He is experienced in high-end projects, specializing in envelope design and forensics.
Savvas provides innovative solutions to complex and novel situations leading by example through the creation and implementation of training programs and coaching staff and management, ensuring consistent methodologies. He adopts a strategic approach to align organizational goals and timelines with optimized budgets. He loves to mentor new talent, and champions the establishment of high-performing agile cultures.
Savvas applies both traditional and cutting-edge 3D modeling and BIM techniques to the architectural design process. He is very passionate about planning strategies, the use of space, and design presentations. Savvas is a professional deeply committed to the highest standards of ethics and personal excellence.
Savvas has a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University.

Angelo Katopodis operates at the critical intersection of architectural design, construction management, and real estate economics. As Co-Founder and Director of Real Estate & Development Strategy at Archadia Group, Angelo drives the firm's developmental vision, ensuring that every project balances high-level aesthetic intent with rigorous financial and structural feasibility.
Before launching Archadia Group alongside Savvas Sarafidis, Angelo built a robust foundation across multiple facets of the industry. He spent two years at a large-scale firm navigating the complexities of multi-family affordable housing, followed by hands-on experience in the fast-paced design-build sector. There, he collaborated on comprehensive portfolios encompassing healthcare, commercial, office, and retail facilities, mastering the operational lifecycle from conceptual design through final construction.
Angelo holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from Pratt Institute. To further expand Archadia Group’s capabilities in property development and market strategy, he is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University.
