Athens Residential Development

Agia Paraskevi, Athens

This five-story residential building, with a partial sixth level, comprises seven apartments including two duplex penthouses. The project is organized along a diagonal axis that structures the composition and opens the building toward a quiet neighborhood square, extending views deep into the site.

Two primary volumes—one lower and street-facing, the other taller and set back—balance contextual integration with access to light, air, and long views. The massing steps away from the site boundaries, allowing the landscaped open space to visually connect with the adjacent public realm.

The duplex units are defined by vertical glass block elements that introduce light-filled internal voids, enhancing ventilation and spatial continuity. A restrained palette of plaster, glass, and metal supports a clear architectural expression, while a planted roof and pergola contribute to environmental performance.
